چکیده

Background: Wound causes a series of cascading reactions such as cellular damage, inflammatory reactions, and infection. Objectives: The present study aimed to prepare pharmaceutical skin product from lyophilized Hirudo orientalis leech source with active enzyme proteins, having wound healing anti-coagulation activities. Methods: focused on the bioactive protein anti-trypsin activity. First, biological substance was prepared conducted resultant 5% cream. Skin absorption cream evaluated by Franz cell test, in vivo capability compared phenytoin In addition, microbial control final summed-up. Further, quality analysis purification were using elution procedure Hirudin protein-related region. Finally, anticoagulant activity observed. Results: Using result experiments investigating successful effect containment function trypsin, we established decreased rate UV area 410 nm question based increases amount With 0, 100, 200 300 mg cream, absorbance (A) was: A (1.9, 1.47, 0.753 0.00) (P < 0.05; √2 = 21.6). anticoagulation increased partial thromboplastin time (PTT) (sec) (mean ± SEM), (26 0.00, 34.22 0.61 42 0.71) established. No bacterial colony growth observed culture analysis. results demonstrated that could promote regeneration accelerating re-epithelialization process initial angiogenesis among all treatment groups. Conclusions: healing, usually seek reduce pain inflammation, beside epitelialization angiogenesis. Leech saliva contains substances have proven this study. Our expectations for will be met citing proved best selection cosmetic added capabilities renovation hair glands regular form typical depth outer layer skin. Thus, can considered better substitute conventional products.

Effects of Minoxidil Gel on Burn Wound Healing in Rats

Background: Minoxidil has been reported to inhibit in vitro fibroblast proliferation and lysyl hydroxylase activity, a key enzyme in collagen biosynthesis. These in-vitro effects proposed minoxidil to be a potential antifibrotic agent. The present study aimed to investigate the effects of minoxidil gel on wound healing procedure in a second-degree burn model in rats.  Materials and methods: Wis...

Effect of propolis on wound healing in albino rats

Propolis is a resinous, sticky substance that bees collect from conifer buds and use to repair cracks in their hives. Propolis was used in folk medicine as early as 300 BC as an anti-inflammatory drug and wound healing agent. We studied the effect of Propolis on wound healing in albino rats. Twenty male albino rats had a linear 3 cm incision made over skin of back. The animals were randomly div...
